Selling a work in progress G60 rebuild with 1.8T conversion. Driveline is installed and operational but needs Revo software tuning to pass emissions and other slight tweaks.

Current setup should have 210HP and at least 240TQ but ECU ready for larger injectors and big turbo for easy 300+HP

Car is perfect as a project car with at least $9K of new, used parts in the conversion including:

New:

1.8T AWW crate motor with intake, exhaust manifolds turbo, sensors and harness etc..... ($3500)
Euro Bettle 02J 5speed transmission with Quaiffe LSD installed ($1800)
Bettle 02J cable shifter assembly with short shift mods
VR6 radiator
Custom dual electric cooling fan assembly 10in and 12in
1.8T intercooler in custom setup for the shortest intake plumbing
1.8T AC condensor and related parts
High flow exhaust down pipe
High flow CAT
Front control arms with hard rubber inserts (not bone crushing poly)
Suspension/subframe hardware from dealer
VR6 front subframe
VR6 engine mounts
K&N high flow cone intake filter
Bilstein sport front struts with VR6 upper strut bushings and hardware
VR6 hood and hinges (unpainted)
BMW Celis headlights with custom mounts
HID light conversion on BMW headlights
EuroSport rear tail lights
F1 front bumper assembly (fiberglass with A2 turn signals)
M3 style side skirts (not installed)
New 1.8T ECU with Revo Conversion ($800)
Eurosport Fuel Pressure Regulator
Fuel pressure sensor in fuel line (ready for interior gauge)
1.8T coolant reservior
New Bettle fuse box (high current under hood)
Drivers side axle
Brake master cyclinder (98 Passat)
Alternator

Smog pump hoses
Stewart Warner Speedo and Tach blue backlit ($450) not installed
EBC front brake rotors and pads (going slight rusty from sitting)

Autotech high flow CAT back exhuast (no mid muffler)
VR6 rear subframe
1.8T intake hose
Electronic throttle pedal assembly with custom mount
Passenger side axle
ABS setup from 98 Passat
AC compressor and some lines
Smog pump
Golf Instrument cluster (not mounted)
1.8T oxygen sensors x 2
Climatronic interior heat/AC setup (box and control interface) working
Golf A3 Front hubs with ABS rings and sensors
Neuspeed front Swaybar with poly inserts
Eibach lowering springs all around
Momo Montercarlo steering wheel


Custom parts:

Wiring harness from engine harness to interior (automotive grade wire)
Wiring harness for all engine and interior accessories (auto grade wire)
Fuse boxes x 2 underhood (Water tight)
Interior fuse box
Battery installed in rear of vehicle with disconnect switch (better weight distribution)
BMW E46 side markers/turn signals
Turbo to intercooler SS hose (shotest solution ever seen for instant throttle response)
Fuel hoses to rail and return
Coolant hoses to/from radiator, turbo, reservior etc.
In-line fan for intercooler forced air cooling
Intercooler mount and modified silcone hose ends w/ SS clamps
Smog pump behind drivers side bumper


Also Inculded:

Ross tech USB VAG tool for troubleshooting etc
All remains wire - various sizes and colors
All fuse crimps, seals, wire/hose ties downs
Heatshielding fabric for underhood protection of parts


Things needed to complete car:

Finishing body work around headlights and dents in passenger door
Side skirts need installing
New windshield
Full car painting
Rear battery mounting and disconnect switch
Dash needs installing (custom instruments and center stack needs work - have all original G60 parts for dash)
AC hoses to firewall not installed (needs custom bent hoses)
New wheels and tires
Intercooler shroud to custom in-line cooling fan and hose to front bumper (hose included)
Shifter cable adjustment tweaking (transmission side)
Revo tuning at a qualified dealer (to pass emmisions and for max power)
Hood latch completion (started a conversion to BMW E36 setup)
ABS needs code to activate (brakes current work as normal G60 with it disabled)


I'm sure there is much more that I have forgotten but the list above gives you the idea. Car will start if I change the battery

As the wiring is custom and not fully complete, I am willing to help complete this either via phone, email or if local at my house with no expense. Schematics in CAD are included

Price $4K obo.
(local pickup only - not driveable due to no smog and ECU needs tuning)

I don't have the time to complete anymore. You could even sell the parts for much more than this or use some and sell some.
